At the main entrance there is a plain Iron Gate bearing the board of Feroz Shah Kotla and supporting an adjoining guard post placed on the other side. The boundary walls are built as stone stonework & it all seems like a plain garden decorated with banquet parts of a damaged structure.

This place was the first stop of our HOHO bus tour of Delhi and we were too excited to visit this place as it was one of haunted place in Delhi which has Djinns who fulfill the wish of the nearby people.
Every Thursday, this fort is visited by many locals with candles, incense sticks and leaving offerings of milk and grain to appease the Djinns & spirits that are said to reside in this fort. This fort is open to all with minimum changes as admission fee.
